Your company
The one who runs the race and takes home the trophy. Knows the circuit better than anyone; our job isn't to drive for you, it's to make sure you don't lose time standing still.
The way we work comes from the pit lane: every person with one exact responsibility, the whole crew trained for the same instant, and an obsession with making sure nothing falls between two pairs of hands.
Your company drives. We're the pit crew. Astrolle is the car.

The one who runs the race and takes home the trophy. Knows the circuit better than anyone; our job isn't to drive for you, it's to make sure you don't lose time standing still.
Every person around the car with a single task and a single moment. We don't improvise during the stop: we rehearse beforehand so the stop is uneventful.
Astrolle is the machine you put underneath your operation. It's tuned for your circuit, adjusted between races, and never delivered "as is."
In the pits, nobody does "a little bit of everything." If two people share a wheel nut, the nut never gets tightened. That's how we divide the work.
Lifts the project off the ground. Understands the operation before touching a line of code and decides what will change and what won't.
Holds the car steady while everyone else works. Defines the Capsules and States so the model can handle whatever comes next.
Loosens and tightens. The one with the tool in hand who decides when the nut is truly secure.
Takes the old one off without dropping anything along the way. Your data today has to arrive intact in tomorrow's system.
Fits the new one and checks that it turns. Stays with your team until the system is theirs, not ours.
One degree up or down changes the whole race. Rules, permissions and automations are calibrated with your operation running.
The last to let go. Stays until the car has left the pit box, and is still there on the next lap.
Not because it sounds good, but because in this line of work the difference between doing it well and doing it excellently fits in the blink of an eye.
The official pit stop record. Four tires, twenty people, less time than it takes you to read this sentence.
A normal stop. Half a second too long and the car comes out behind the rival it was about to overtake.
The time left over for improvising. Whatever wasn't rehearsed beforehand can't be fixed during the stop.
"If you no longer go for a gap that exists, you are no longer a racing driver."
"The best Ferrari ever built is the next one."
"Simplify, then add lightness."
"If everything seems under control, you're just not going fast enough."
Astrolle was founded in 2021, in the middle of a pandemic. It's not a pretty date for the footer: it's the reason we understand the problem we solve.
We started with one idea, changed it, changed it again and pivoted many times. Every turn forced us to rebuild processes, move data from one place to another and keep the operation running while the ground shifted beneath us.
Everything else comes from there. We know what it's like when work depends on someone remembering, when information lives in five places and every change costs three times what was planned. That operational chaos is exactly what we're here to solve, and it's why we built a system that reconfigures instead of breaking.
Tell us where you're losing time today and we'll tell you what the pit crew would do about it.
