This policy explains how Astrolle processes the personal data of people who visit astrolle.com and people who write to us. It applies under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013 and, for visitors from other countries, under the data protection rules that apply to them.

What data we collect

Only what you give us in the contact form or by email: name, company, WhatsApp or phone, email address, industry, team size and your message. If you accept analytics cookies, also aggregated browsing data (pages viewed, device, approximate country). We do not ask for sensitive data.

What we use it for

To answer your enquiry, prepare the conversation you ask for and, if you decide to work with us, manage that relationship. Analytics data helps us understand which parts of the site are useful and improve them. We do not send marketing without your consent.

Consent

By ticking the box on the form you consent to the processing of your data for these purposes. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to the contact email.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or transfer your data. It is used, only to provide their service to us, by the providers that host the site, deliver email and, if you accept it, run analytics. Some of them may be outside Colombia; in that case we require them to protect the data to an adequate standard.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that comes from it. After that, only for as long as legal or accounting obligations require.

Your rights

You can access, update and correct your data; ask for proof of the consent you gave us; find out how we have used it; withdraw consent or ask us to delete it when there is no legal duty to keep it; and, in Colombia, file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

How to exercise your rights
